VideoMotion Home is now ObjectusVideo Home
![]()
We have recently renamed VideoMotion Home to ObjectusVideo Home, in keeping with our new flagship ObjectusVideo product.
ObjecutsVideo Home, Mac sports video analysis software products allows you to analyze video, by viewing it in slow motion, and synchronizing multiple videos to analyze differences in the athletes technique. You can also use the drawing tools to mark up the video to illustrate various lines, and angles, set events at any time in the video to jump to individual frames, and create action sequences based on those events.
All markups and events can be saved, to make it easy to compare your performance today, with older saved videos, and be able to quantitatively determine the changes in the technique.
ObjectusVideo can be used for any number of sports or activities. While golf is probably the most highly dependent on video analysis, baseball swings and pitching motions, tennis, bowling, gymnastics, etc. can also be analyzed.
And it’s not only for pros. Using ObjectusVideo helps you improve your sporting performance primarily because you can’t see yourself while performing the motion. If your a golfer and take lessons, your pro will analyze your swing, and give you some advice on where you need to improve, and maybe some drills to practice. But how do you know you are really applying that advice if you can't see it. Well, now you can.

Made for Mac
ObjectusVideo Home is only available on the Macintosh platform. It's built from the ground up on Mac only technology. Uses all the power of the Mac's GPUs, CPUs, and everything in between. Requires Mac OS 10.5 or 10.6 and Quartz Extreme.

But I'm not a swing Guru, how can this help?
A couple ways. First, if your taking lessons, let your coach tell you what you need to fix, and use ObjectusVideo to help you look at your swing, in slow motion, and see if your improving on his/her suggestions.
Second, if you an avid player, you've watched the pros in your sport on TV and know what a good motion looks like. And you've watched your buddies and other players at the your local course or field, and you know what a bad motion looks like. You don't need to be Hank Haney to spot the difference between a good swing and a bad one.
And I'd bet from this experience, you know much more about your buddies swings/motions than you do about your own, because you watch them hit every shot, but you never see yours. So bring your camera or phone to the course/field/court/alley and ask your friends to film your motion for you. Then bring it home, fire up VideoMotion, and finally "SEE" what you've been missing. So get started on a better game.
It's free to try, and try it for as long as like. Other then the word "DEMO" printed on top of the video, you get to work with it for as long as like.
And don't forget, we are here to help. Call or email with any comments, questions, suggestions, or anthing else.
